Armenia’s newly crowned world weightlifting champion, silver medalist return home (PHOTOS)

Newly crowned world weightlifting champion Simon Martirosyan (109kg) and silver medalist Gor Minasyan (+109kg) have returned to Armenia from Turkmenistan where the 2018 World Weightlifting Championships were held, and together with the rest of the Armenian national team, the NEWS.am Sport reporter informed from Zvartnots International Airport of capital city Yerevan.

At the airport, Martirosyan and Minasyan were met by their parents, relatives, and supporters.
