Armenia to compete at World Wrestling Championships

Senior World Wrestling Championships will kick off Saturday in the Hungarian capital city of Budapest, and they will conclude on October 28.

First, the freestyle wrestlers will start their campaign.

Armenia will have one representative on the first day of medals. Valter Margaryan (74 kg) will start his “battle” in the Round of 32 where he will face Abubakr Abakarov of Azerbaijan.

Armenia’s Greco-Roman wrestlers will head for this tournament on October 24.
