David Nalbandian qualifies for Round 3

Argentinean Armenian David Nalbandian defeated—with a score of 7-6 and 7-6—his Croatian opponent Marin Cilic, in the second round of ATP BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, California, and thus he qualified for Round 3.  

Also in Round 2, Rafael Nadal of Spain defeated Leonardo Mayer of Argentina, by a score of 6-1 and 6-3, and the Swiss, Roger Federer, defeated the American Denis Kudla with a score of 6-4 and 6-1.
