2018 Chess Olympiad: Armenia beat India

Armenian chess team beat India 2.5:1.5 in the ninth round of the 2018 Chess Olympiad that is being held in Batumi.

Armenia’s number one Levon Aronian ended in a draw the game against Viswanathan Anand. Gabriel Sarkissian drew with Pentala Harikrishna, while Hrant Melkumyan ended in a draw his game against Adhiban.

In the last game Hayk Martirosyan defeated Krishnan Sasikiran.

Armenia scored 15 points.
