Wayne Rooney: This could be the year England win World Cup

England's all-time top scorer Wayne Rooney believes that England can win Russia-hosted World Cup.

“There's some big teams gone out of the World Cup and this could be the year England can go far and hopefully win it. I think certainly the first two games they were excellent,” Sky Sports reported quoting Rooney. 

England squad will face Columbia on July 3.
