World Cup: Germany fail to reach playoffs first time in history

Germany failed are out of the World Cup playoffs for the first time in its history after losing to South Korea 0-2. Germans have reached the playoffs since 1954.

Sweden and Mexico passed the group stage, while South Korea is the third in Group F.
