Sergio Ramos escapes UEFA punishment

UEFA will take no action against Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos for a clash with Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius in the Champions League final.

ZDF tweeted a video that captured Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos striking Karius's head with his right elbow in an off-the-ball incident.

UEFA may launch an investigation if the referees noticed the foul during the game.

As reported earlier, Real Madrid defeated Liverpool 3-1 in the Champions League final.
