Sweden defend world ice hockey title

The men’s national team of Sweden have become world ice hockey champions for the second consecutive year. They defeated Switzerland 3-2 after the penalty shootout on Sunday’s final at the 2018 Ice Hockey World Championship in Denmark. The Swedes lost no matches in this tournament, and they became world champions for the eleventh time.
