FIFA World Cup: Special regime established in 11 Russian cities

A special regime will be established in 11 cities of Russia from June 14 to July 15, 2018 during FIFA World Cup in order to meet the security demands.

The special regime implies that foreign citizens are obliged to register within three days in the relevant territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the following cities: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Volgograd, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Saransk, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg and Sochi.
