Arsene Wenger to leave Arsenal with no European trophy

Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger, who will leave the Gunners at the end of the season, did not manage to lead his team to victory in the Europa League.

In the second-leg of semifinal in Madrid, Atletico Madrid defeated the Gunners 1-0.

Arsene Wenger, 68, has been heading Arsenal since 1996. He has won a total of 17 titles and has overseen three Premier League title wins in Arsenal.

As reported earlier, the Europa League final will be played on May 16, in Lyon, France.
