Man City fans invade pitch, celebrate Premier League title

After their 5-0 win at home against Swansea City, Manchester United supporters on Sunday invaded the pitch and celebrated their English Premier League champion’s title, together with the club footballers.

City had clinched the title in the previous round, and five rounds before the end of the current Premier League season. Man City have become Premier League champions for the fifth time.
