Champions League: Barcelona beat Roma, Liverpool blow Manchester City away

Barcelona beat Roma 4-1 in the first leg quarterfinals of the Champions League. Roma's midfielder Daniele De Rosi and defender Costas Manolas scored own goals.

Gerard Pique scored the third goal for Barcelona, and Roma managed to score in the 80th minute when Edin Dzeko hit the target. Several minutes later Luis Suarez scored the fourth goal.

 Liverpool blew Manchester City away with a 3-0 win.

The second leg matches are set for April 10.
