Ronaldo equals another Champions League record

Ronaldo equaled the record set by former Madrid player Iker Casillas for the most Champions League matches won (95), Opta reported.

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo made 152 Champions League appearances, while Casillas played 171 games.

As reported earlier, Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo scored one of the most incredible goals in 3-0 Champions League victory over Juventus in the first leg of the quarterfinal. Ronaldo became the first player to score in 10 consecutive Champions League games after his brilliant bicycle kick goal.

In the current season, Cristiano Ronaldo scored 13 goals in nine appearances.
