London Olympics 2012: France wins sixth gold

French Kayak Emilie Fer won golden medal at the Olympics on Canoe Slalom Women’s Kayak (K1) 105.90 points. This is France’s sixth gold at the Games. Australian Jessica Fox won silver (106.51), while Spanish Maialen Chourraut won bronze (106.87).

The 2012 Summer Olympic Games, officially the Games of the XXX Olympiad, also known informally as London 2012, kicked off in London, United Kingdom, on July 27 and will continue until August 12, 2012.
