Wenger admits he wanted to avoid Atletico

After the victory over Milan in Europa League, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger admitted he did not want to face Atletico Madrid in the quarterfinals, BBC reported. 

“We would certainly want to avoid Atletico Madrid,” said Wenger.

The Europa League draw will be held on Friday. Arsenal, Atletico, CSKA, Lazio, Leipzig, Sporting, Salzburg and Marseille have advanced to the quarterfinals.
