Germany Bundesliga derby played on “difficult terrain”

The German Bundesliga match between Borussia Dortmund and Borussia Mönchengladbach was played on a “difficult terrain.”
The pitch of the Mönchengladbach home stadium was in terrible condition.
In Sunday’s derby, Dortmund beat their hosts by a score of 1-0 and jumped to second place on the current Bundesliga table.
Mönchengladbach, on the other hand, suffered their fourth consecutive defeat, and without scoring a goal.
