PyeongChang 2018: Armenia’s Katya Galstyan ends campaign

Katya Galstyan, Armenia’s sole representative in the women’s events, on Thursday competed at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea.
The 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics’ participant took part in the Ladies’ 10km Free cross-country skiing competition, and she placed 72nd among 90 athletes.
Ragnhild Haga of Norway became the gold medalist in this event.
This was Galstyan’s only competition at PyeongChang 2018. She was to compete also in the Ladies’ Sprint Classic on Tuesday, but her name was not on the final list of participants.
A total of 102 medals are up for grabs at PyeongChang 2018, and this is a record in the history of the Olympic Winter Games.
