PyeongChang 2018: Fourcade wins third Olympic gold, Germany tops the standings

Frenchman Martin Fourcade claimed the biathlon pursuit gold medal at the Pyeongchang Olympics on Monday.

German biathlete Laura Dahlmeier became the first double gold medalist of the Olympics by winning the women’s pursuit.

Women’s pursuit finals:

Men's pursuit finals:

  1. Martin Fourcade (France)

Team figure skating finals:

  1. Canada - 73 (8 + 10 + 8 + 8 + 9 + 10 + 10)
  2. Russia - 66 (3 + 9 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 8 + 8)
  3. The USA - 62 (7 + 8 + 6 + 9 + 7 + 7 + 9)

Women's slopestyle finals:

  1. Jamie Anderson (USA) – 83.00
  2. Laurie Blouin (Canada) - 76.33
  3. Enni Rukajarvi (Finland) - 75.38
