Montpellier: Karen Khachanov in the quarterfinals

Russia's Karen Khachanov reached the quarterfinals of the tournament in Montpellier, France.

The tennis player of Armenian origin defeated the representative of Lithuania Ričardas Berankis in two sets 6-2, 7-6 (13-11).

As reported earlier, Karen Khachanov defeated Spanish player David Ferrer in the first round – 6-7 (5-7), 6-3, 6-4.

The prize money of the tournament is over 500 thousand euros.
