Eden Hazard edges Kevin De Bruyne

Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard has been named the Best Belgian footballer in a Foreign League for 2017, reported FourFourTwo.

As a result of the respective voting, Hazard edged Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, who had won the award the past two years.

Hazard, 27, has scored 9 goals in 22 appearances so far for Chelsea, in the current season of the English Premier League.
