Robinho, who is sentenced to 9 years in prison, to play in Turkey
15:33 22 January, 2018Brazilian forward Robinho, who was sentenced to nine years in prison for participating in a gang rape, will continue his professional football career in Turkey.
The player has reached an agreement with Sivasspor, informed the official website of this club.
The 33-year-old footballer will arrive in Turkey on Tuesday and sign a contract with Sivasspor.
It was noted that Robinho, who was found guilty of participating in a rape, will appeal the indictment.
According to the press, this crime had taken place on January 22, 2013, in Milan, Italy.
