Robin van Persie returning from Turkey to his initial club

On January 22, Dutch forward Robin van Persie will sign a contract with Feyenoord, informed the official website of this Dutch football club.

The 34-year-old player has severed his contract with Fenerbahçe (Turkey), where he was playing since 2015.

The former Dutch international as well as Manchester United and Arsenal (England) ex-forward had started his professional football career at Feyenoord, where he played from 2001 to 2004.
