Ronaldinho retires from football

Brazilian star player Ronaldinho (Ronaldo de Assis Moreira) has formally ended his football career.
The 37-year-old forward’s brother and agent, Roberto de Assis Moreira, commonly known as Assis, informed about the aforesaid, according to Globo Esporte.
The last club in Ronaldinho’s professional football career was Fluminense (Brazil), which he parted ways with in September 2015.
Subsequently, the 2002 World Cup champion played in numerous exhibition and charity games.
Since February 2017, Ronaldinho is the ambassador for FC Barcelona (Spain), and he represents the Catalan club at various events.
