Aras Ozbiliz  can be transferred to Dutch  FC Vitesse

Midfielder of the Turkish football club Besiktas and Armenian national team Aras Ozbiliz can be transferred to Dutch  FC Vitesse.

According to sabah.com.tr, Vitesse wants to hire the 27-year-old midfielder and has already made the relevant proposal to Besiktas.
