Henrikh Mkhitaryan wanted by Inter Milan manager Luciano Spalletti in 'exchange' for Joao Mario

Inter have decided to take Henrikh Mkhitaryan, sending Joao Mario to Manchester United, the Corriere dello Sport reported.
Coach Luciano Spalletti was in a long meeting with directors on Tuesday to discuss transfer strategy for the January window.
Joao Mario is an issue, as he struggles for playing time and confidence, so a loan or even a sale is the most likely outcome.
Paris Saint-Germain are also known to be interested, but Inter have their sights set on Mkhitaryan.
The Armenia international turns 29 later this month and Manchester United paid €42m to sign him from Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2016.
He does not seem to have settled in at Old Trafford, scoring two goals with six assists in 21 competitive games.
As Inter paid €40m for Joao Mario last summer, the idea would be to enact a straight swap.
