Luka Modrić named Player of 2017 Club World Cup

FC Real Madrid’s Croatian midfielder Luka Modrić has received the Golden Ball award, as he was recognized the best player at the 2017 FIFA Club World Cup that was held in Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the United Arab Emirates, informed the website of the Spanish football giants.

And Real’s Portuguese star forward Cristiano Ronaldo was named Player of Club World Cup Final, in which they defeated Grêmio FBPA (Brazil) by a score of 1-0.

As a result, Real Madrid have won the Club World Cup for a third time.
