Next Generation ATP Finals: Karen Khachanov eliminated
12:20 10 November, 2017Russia’s No.2 ranked tennis player, Karen Khachanov, could not advance to the playoffs of the 2017 Next Generation ATP Finals that are held in Milan, Italy.
In the third round of Group B, the Muscovite Armenian lost to Borna Ćorić (Croatia) in five sets and was eliminated.
In this U21 tennis tournament being held with a new format, the winner of a match needs to win in three sets, and each set ends when a player wins four games.
In his previous two matches at this event, Khachanov was defeated by Daniil Medvedev (Russia), but he beat Jared Donaldson (USA).
