Pizzelli: We cannot blame only Mkhitaryan every time Armenia lose
15:34 10 October, 2017Armenia international midfielder Marcos Pizzelli says he feels responsible for the bad results of Armenia in the World Cup 2018 qualifying round, he told Kazfootball.kz.
Speaking about the qualifying round and Armenia vs. Kazakhstan game, which ended in a draw, he said the qualifying round was unsuccessful, and Armenia players’ game was poor, he said.
“We cannot blame only Mkhitaryan for not leading the game. We have to make right conclusions to move forward,” he added.
“This is not the first match when we show an excellent start, but face a certain decline, and finally we lose the advantage. In part, this can be attributed to the performing skills of our players. In international matches, the speed is quite different, and getting used to it is not easy.
