World Chess Cup: Armenia’s Aronian plays draw against China’s Hou Yifan

Armenian grandmaster Levon Aronian played a draw with GM Hou Yifan (China) in Wednesday second round of the 2017 World Chess Cup, taking place in Tbilisi, Georgia.

The winner and finalist of the tournament will be qualified to the 2018 candidates' tournament.

Representatives of Armenia Hrant Melkumyan and Robert Hovhannisyan failed to reach the second round.
