Armenia’s Maksim Manukyan becomes world champion

Armenia’s Maksim Manukyan (80 kilos) became the winner of World Championships in his weight category.

Manukyan beat representative of Belarus, Radik Kuliyev 5-0 in the final to claim gold at the 2017 World Wrestling Championships.

In the semi-finals Manukyan beat Georgia’s Zurab Datunashvili 7-0.
