Armenia’s Aslanyan beats Azerbaijani athlete 7-1

Armenia’s Karen Aslanyan will fight for bronze medal of the Greco-Roman Wrestling Championships.

In the earlier rounds Aslanyan gained impressive victory over Azerbaijan’s Qamram Mamadov 7-1.  

Aslanyan’s opponent in the last 16 round Korea’s Hansu Ryu reached the finals thus providing Armenian athlete an opportunity to continue fighting for bronze.
