Acting head coach: Armenian freestyle wrestlers are very balanced and calm (PHOTOS)

17:11   16 August, 2017 Sport correspondent talked to the acting head coach of the Armenian Freestyle Wrestling Team Hapetnak Kurghinyan.

The wrestlers are currently taking part in the final educational and training camp ahead of the World Championship, which will be held in Paris from August 21 to 25.
Armenia will be represented by Garik Barseghyan (57kg), Volodya Frangulyan (61kg), Grigor Grigoryan (74 kg), Georgy Ketoev (97 kg) and Levan Berianidze (125 kg).

“The freestyle wrestlers are in an excellent form. We are fully ready for the World Championship. Currently we are holding the final educational and training camp in Olimpavan. I think our wrestlers will perform well in the World Championship.

We are heading for Paris with a strong team and hope to win medals. Our freestyle wrestlers are very balanced and calm,” Kurghinyan said.
