Karen Khachanov advances to quarter final of ATP World Tour

Russian top seed Karen Khachanov has advanced to the quarter final of ATP World Tour in Båstad, Sweden. In the game of 1/8 final, which lasted for 2 hours and 38 minutes, the tennis player of Armenian descent defeated Latvian Ernests Gulbis (4:6, 7:6 (7:5), 6:3).

To make it to the semi-final, Khachanov will face Ukrainian Alexandr Dolgopolov on July 21.

The tournament will end on July 23.
