ConfedCup: Portugal beats Russia thanks to Ronaldo’s goal

European Champion Portugal beat Russians with a minimal score in Spartak stadium of Moscow. The sole goal was scored by Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo. In fact, this is his 75th goal in his national squad.
The Portuguese squad thus topped the A group table with 4 points, Russia having 3 points.
In the first round, Portugal and Mexico played a draw (2-2), while Russia beat New Zealand 2-0.
In the second match of the day, Mexico will face New Zealand. The match will kick off at 10:00 pm Yerevan time.
