Armenia’s Pizzelli saves UAE club from defeat

Al Fujairah S. C. played a 1-1 draw against Al-Shaab Sharjah, in their UAE Arabian Gulf League home game.

Armenian national football squad’s Brazilian midfielder Marcos Pizzelli, who played the entire match, scored Fujairah’s comeback goal in the 73rd minute.

Al Fujairah are currently third, with 11 points, in the current season of the top professional football league in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
