English Premier League: Mkhitaryan gets highest rating in Man U clash against West Ham

The Daily Mail newspaper of Great Britain has rated the Manchester United (a.k.a. Red Devils) players, after their English Premier League clash Sunday against London’s West Ham United.

Accordingly, Red Devils’ midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who was subbed in, was given the highest rating of 7.

“A real surprise he did not start and looked lively when introduced - almost forcing a winner,” the newspaper commented about the performance of the captain of the Armenia national football squad.

As reported earlier, in this match that was played in Manchester, Mkhitaryan entered the pitch, together with England international Wayne Rooney, in the 65th minute.

Subsequently, the Red Devils began to attack more, and they had a significant advantage.

The match, however, ended in a 1-1 draw.

This was the first time that the Armenia international featured for Man United in a Premier League game ever since September 10, when his thigh injury had recurred during the derby against Manchester City.
