Rio 2016: Armenia to have one representative on Day 8

Armenia will have one representative on Saturday, the eighth day of competitions at the 2016 Summer Olympics that are held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Narek Abgaryan (52 kg) will kick off his Olympic campaign in boxing.

In the qualifying round, Abgaryan will enter the ring against the representative of Uganda.

A total of 21 medals will be up for grabs on Saturday at Rio 2016.
