Euro 2016: Italy beat Belgium 2-0 (PHOTOS)

Italy started their Euro 2016 campaign in France with a win on Monday.

In their first game in Group E, the Italians defeated Belgium by a score of 2-0. The goals came by way of Emanuele Giaccherini and Graziano Pelle in the 32nd minute and injury time, respectively.

In the first match in Group E that was earlier in the day, Sweden and Ireland played a 1-1 draw.

In the second round in Group E, Italy will face Sweden on Friday, and Belgium will kick off against Ireland on Saturday.
