Roman Berezovsky: I’m sad that I will no longer take the field
21:16 25 March, 2016Head coach of the Armenian national football team Varuzhan Sukiasyan turned up at the post-match press-conference with legendary goalkeeper Roman Berezovsky. The latter told about his impressions after his farewell match, as reported by NEWS.am Sport correspondent.
“I’m very excited about what our managers organized. I was happy to come and see our homeland once again. On the other hand, I’m sad about the fact that I will no longer take the field,” the 41-year-old goalkeeper said.
Armenia vs. Belarus match held at Yerevan’s Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium today ended 0-0. This was also the farewell match of legendary Armenian goalkeeper Roman Berezovsky.
