Grandmaster (GM) Levon Aronian took third place, overall, in the 2015 Grand Chess Tour.

As reported earlier, Aronian—who plays first board for the three-time World Chess Olympiad champions and the former World Team Chess champions Armenia—came in fourth at the London Chess Classic super tournament, which is the third—and final—leg in the Grand Chess Tour.

The Norway Chess and the Sinquefield Cup tournaments comprise the other two legs of this tour.

Levon Aronian had placed penultimate ninth in Norway, whereas he had won the 2015 Sinquefield Cup.
