Valeri Hovhannisyan becomes Russia club boss
12:07 11 July, 2015Valeri Hovhannisyan has been appointed Chairman of FC Torpedo Armavir (Russia), reported the club official website.
“This year we are entering a new historic phase of development of the club and the Armavir football,” said Hovhannisyan, who is also the owner of Ulisses FC (Yerevan, Armenia). “We shall do everything possible to please our fans with a brilliant and spectacular game.”
Armenian businessman Oleg Mkrtchyan is the main investor of Torpedo Armavir.
The club have promoted for the first time to the Russian National Football League, the second level of Russian professional football.
