European Championships: Armenia junior boxers win two medals
15:44 23 May, 2015Team Armenia captured two bronze medals at the European Junior Boxing Championships which wrapped up in Lviv, Ukraine.
Arman Antonyan (57 kg) and Koryun Astoyan (60 kg) achieved success in this competition, reported the press service of the Boxing Federation of Armenia.
Separately, the national seniors’ team of Armenia won four medals at an international boxing tournament in Lithuania.
Koryun Soghomonyan (52 kg) and Garnik Harutyunyan (56 kg) won silver medals while Hovhannes Bachkov (64 kg) and Henrik Sargsyan (91 kg) placed third in this event.
