Ronda Rousey visits Armenian Genocide Memorial (PHOTOS)

YEREVAN. – UFC and MMA Champion Ronda Rousey and her coach Edmond Tarverdian on Saturday visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex in Yerevan.  Talking to reporters, Rousey said she would definitely come back to Armenia. 

“I feel devastated but what has happened but at the same time I am encouraged,” Ronda Rousey said after visiting the Memorial. “I feel honored to be here.” 

Ronda Rousey said it is a pleasure to be Armenia and she had never felt so welcomed in any place. 

“I will bring my mother next time,” Rousey added.

On Thursday Ronda Rousey participated in an hour-long open training with the Armenian national team at the Dinamo sports stadium.
