Tashkent Open: Russia’s Gasparyan advances to doubles final

Tennis player Margarita Gasparyan (Russia) has advanced to the Women’s Doubles Final in the Tashkent Open 2014, which is held in the capital city of Uzbekistan.

In the semifinals, the Gasparyan-Alexandra Panova pair defeated the Irina-Camelia Begu (Romania)-Karin Knapp (Italy) pair.

In the final, the representatives of Russia will face the winner of the Akgul Amanmuradova (Uzbekistan)/Kateryna Bondarenko (Ukraine)-Aleksandra Krunić (Serbia)/ Katerina Sinyakova (Czech Rep.) pairing.
