Jelena Jankovic starts with victory at Malaysian Open

The second-seeded Jelena Jankovic started with a victory at the BMW Malaysian Open.

In the first round Serbian tennis player, who turned 27 on Tuesday, defeated Caroline Garcia 6:7, 6:4, 6:7.

The first-seeded Agnieszka Radwanska and defending champion Jelena Dokic are among those on Wednesday’s schedule, WTA website reports.
