Black cat interrupts Spanish La Liga match

A black cat entered the pitch during Sunday evening’s Spanish La Liga football new season opener between FC Barcelona and Elche CF.    

As a result, the match, which was held at Barça’s Camp Nou Stadium, was interrupted.   

The game resumed solely when the cat was removed from the field.
