Armenia’s national team was defeated by a score of 3-2 to the Latvian team in Round 6 of the Ilya Kovalchuk Cup youth ice hockey tournament being held in Tver, Russia.  
In the first match on Tuesday, however, Armenia defeated Zhlobin City’s (Belarus) team by a score of 3-2.    

After six games, Armenia is in 7th place, with 8 points.

On Wednesday, the Armenian national squad will play against two teams from Novosibirsk, Russia.
