2014 World Cup: Shakira to perform at closing ceremony

World-renowned Columbian singer Shakira will perform at the closing ceremony of the 2014 FIFA World Cup hosted by Brazil, reported ITAR-TASS news agency of Russia.

She will sing the song titled “La La La,” whose music video includes Argentine internationals Lionel Messi and Sergio Agüero, Brazil international Neymar, Columbian international Radamel Falcao, and Spain internationals Cesc Fàbregas and—Shakira’s boyfriend—Gerard Piqué.

The 2014 World Cup final match will be played on July 13 at Maracanã Stadium in Rio de Janeiro.
