2014 World Cup: Ecuador achieve strong victory

The Ecuador national football team accomplished a strong win against Honduras in their second group match of the 2012 FIFA World Cup hosted by Brazil.  

Ecuador defeated Honduras by a score of 2-1.With this win, Ecuador tallied 3 points and equaled Switzerland in Group E. The group leaders are France, with 6 points, who earlier thrashed Switzerland by a score of 5-2.
