Albena: Armenian chess masters’ results

YEREVAN. – Armenian Grandmaster (GM) Hovhannes Gabuzyan scored a total of 6.5 points, out of possible 9 points, and placed tenth among 154 participants at the chess open that was held in Albena, Bulgaria.

The winner of the tournament was GM Ivan Cheparinov (Bulgaria) with 7.5 points. GMs Vladimir Akopian and Tigran L. Petrosian, on the other hand, finished the competition with 6 points, and FIDE Master (FM) Tigran S. Petrosyan ended the tournament with 5 points, Armchess reported.
